That personal connection is what drives my work at IDMC World, where I lead our Eastern sectors – Sikkim, Darjeeling, the Northeast, and Bhutan. These destinations are some of the most rewarding, but also among the most complex to operate. Over the years, I’ve built strong networks on the ground, developed fixed departures that agents can rely on, and curated experiences that go far beyond standard sightseeing. Whether it’s navigating permits in Sikkim, crafting immersive journeys through the Northeast, or fine-tuning luxury stays in Bhutan, my role is to make sure our partners always have the confidence to sell and deliver these regions.
